When doing this and adding the extension to the tel phone number field it makes it so you can browse to Corporate directory on your phone and search and find all users with an extension. WebMay 2, 2011 · Make sure to change hostname to ip address under System->Server. As a workaround, remove the Secure URL entry for Directory URL under the Enterprise Parameters. Make sure that the firewall settings are not blocking access. Restart the Cisco Trust Verification Service.

WebDec 1, 2024 · Like others point out and what could be a hint in the log 7821 file is, that the phone cannot establish a connection to CUCM. In your case, it would be https to CUCM on port 8443. Have you tried to use the URLs in the enterprise parameter only with "http" instead of "https"?

Al the subs in the clusters can reach the corporate directory from any Cisco phone except 2 subs.
