WebI don't know if this helps but I contacted Microsoft Support chat to try to sort this last night. In my case when using the Edge browser the Back key, Shift+ I and various other key combinations caused the FB comment box to scroll off the top of the visible screen. This is on a Win 11 pc with loads of memory and a top processor.
