WebLike most of GW2 the meat of the expansion is in the map exploration, dynamic events, and meta events that tell the map specific stories. Depends what you value in the storyline. Personally, I feel EoD is the weakest expansion story, with PoF being the most solid, and HoT being in between.

They fully intent for strike bosses challenge modes to be as difficult as raid encounters. Honestly, that's a good way of moving forward. Strikes also don't have to only be an encounter, there can be pre-events like raids too if they really wanted to.
